What Is All The Hype?

Idaho Pasture Pigs or IPPs for short are a newer breed of pig that was developed specifically for grazing. The founders crossed Berkshire, Duroc and Kune Kune to create these amazing pigs.

Because IPPs are grass fed their meat is leaner. It’s also higher in key nutrients, including antioxidants, vitamins and a beneficial fat called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) that’s been tied to improved immunity and anti-infflammation benefits.

IPPs are great for the family farm! They have a wonderful friendly and gentle nature. Medium sized averaging 250 to 350 lbs. Gorgeous colors and patterns!

We will have registered stock in the future and will be adhering to the strict breed standards in order to promote this special breed.

We are hoping to have meat for sale in 2020. Breeding stock will available when we increase our herd to the desired size.

We are excited to have added these fantastic animals to our farm!
