Idaho Pasture Pigs (IPPs)

What Is All The Hype?

Idaho Pasture Pigs or IPPs for short are a newer breed of pig that was developed specifically for grazing. The founders crossed Berkshire, Duroc and Kune Kune to create these amazing pigs.

Because IPPs are grass fed their meat is leaner.  It's also higher in key nutrients, including  antioxidants, vitamins, and a beneficial fat called conjugated linoleic  acid (CLA) that's been tied to improved immunity and anti-inflammation benefits.

IPPs area great for the family farm! They have an amazing friendly and gentle nature. Medium sized averaging 250 to 350 lbs.  Gorgeous colors and patterns!

We will have registered stock and will be adhering to the strict breed standards in order to promote this special breed.

We are working towards having meat for sale next year. Breeding stock will be available when we increase our herd to the desired size.

We are excited and looking forward to adding these wonderful animals to our farm this summer!
